Meet our founders

The people behind the practice.

I began my career in a small accounting practice, working with a diverse range of businesses and gaining first-hand insight into the challenges business owners face. This experience highlighted the importance of having the right financial guidance and a trusted adviser who genuinely understands the needs of each business. I then moved into the corporate sector, where I broadened my commercial knowledge and developed a deeper understanding of business strategy, operations and financial management.

Throughout my career, the ambition to establish my own practice remained strong. Now, as Co-Founder of ANDIA, I'm turning that ambition into reality by building a practice centred around people, relationships and a genuine understanding of what makes each business unique.

For me, accountancy is about more than the figures. It's about understanding the people and businesses behind them, becoming a trusted partner and helping business owners make informed decisions, grow with confidence and feel supported at every stage of their journey.

Building genuine relationships is at the heart of my approach. I take the time to understand each client's business, ambitions and challenges, allowing me to provide tailored, practical advice that goes beyond traditional accountancy.

After around 10 years of working in the accountancy industry, supporting individuals and businesses across a range of sectors, creating this practice felt like a natural next step. It brings together the experience I've gained with a personal, approachable style that reflects my values.

I prioritise getting to know the people behind each business — their ambitions, their challenges and what matters most to them. For me, being an accountant means being someone my clients feel comfortable talking to and can rely on.

I hold a First Class Honours degree in Accountancy & Finance, a degree in Business Administration & Management, and a Practising Certificate from the Institute of Financial Accountants. My education and career have taken me from Spain to the UK, and I speak both English and Spanish fluently.

I bring care, attention to detail and a friendly, straightforward approach to everything I do. My aim is to build lasting relationships where clients feel listened to, supported and confident asking questions, however small.
