01·Who we are
A small practice, on purpose.
Andia was founded on a simple observation: most small businesses get accurate accounts and very little else. The work is done well, once a year, long after any of it could have been useful.
We keep a deliberately small client list so that everyone gets the kind of attention that used to be reserved for larger companies. Your records stay current. Your deadlines are tracked before they arrive. And when something needs deciding, you speak to the person who already knows the answer rather than raising a ticket.
Most of our clients came to us through recommendation. That's the standard we work to — the kind of service people mention unprompted.
02·What we do
Everything the business needs, in one place.
Take the whole finance function or just the piece that's causing trouble. Most clients start with one and add the rest.

03·How we're different
Three things we do that most don't.
- One person who knows your business
- You aren't passed around a call centre. The same person handles your books, prepares your accounts and answers the phone when you ring — so you're never explaining your business from scratch.
- Kept current, not reconstructed
- Records are maintained through the year in cloud software you can see. Deadlines are tracked in advance. Your tax position is reviewed before your year end, while there is still time to act on it.
- Priced before we start
- A fixed monthly or annual fee agreed up front, covering what you actually need. No hourly billing, no invoice for a phone call, no surprise at the end of the year.
In practice
“Every business we look after is somebody's livelihood. That is worth more than a clean filing record, and it's the reason we keep the client list small.”
Switching to us takes one email. We contact your current accountant, request the handover, and take it from there — you don't need to have an awkward conversation, and there's no charge for the changeover.
